Interview with hiring manager. Seemed to be expecting pretty specific information in regards to Postgres and Typescript functionality that they make use of. I've had professional experience in both, but hadn't used the typescript library nor the postgres commands needed to solve a couple of the questions I was given. Interviewer was very kind and patient, and the interview certainly taught me something new, but it seems they're looking for someone who's especialy familiar with these technologies.

After having a brief introductory call with the recruiter, I was given a take-home assignment where I had to create a fully-functioning web application using their tech stack (backend and frontend). Little direction or detail was provided as to what exactly they were looking for; I was advised to "show off my skills" but "not spend too much time on it". After delivering my application, it took them 3 weeks to finally get back to me with a generic "we will not be moving forward" response. Complete disrespect for the candidate's time.
