I was approached by the CEO and recruited to take over the stagnant lending department. We discussed the position during 2 off-site interviews. I had worked for the company 10 years ago and the CEO knew my qualifications when the offer was made.

There were no difficult questions since the interview process was directed more towards convincing me to return to the company rather than the CEO deciding on whether or not I was the right person for the job.
