Heed caution with this group. If your BS meter goes up trust your intuition. The entire interaction was needless to say, bizarre. Was recruited via LinkedIn and told that the company was young. Since they have been founded in 2017, it did raise alarm bells already with a lack of footprint in the industry. Additionally, the position I would be applying for is one that I am already very well equipped for since my current role has much broader responsibilities to a much more established organization. I was told that after the initial interview I would be moved along and was explained that there are several Interviews, including a case study, waited for the case study information to be provided, which was sent over a day before my interview was set to take place with the next set of individuals, this was then delayed. The information was not provided, I put together a slide deck anyways based off of the limited details provided since it was a menial task. Then, without a subsequent date provided for interview, I was out, reached to let me know that they would consider me in the future for a much more entry-level position, not surprised after they learned that I make a higher annualized salary with bonuses at my existing company and we’re far more qualified for the current role they were interviewing me for. Also, what senior implementation manager would report into a product services manager, makes no sense. So not only would you have to create an entire department process of implementing their clients since none exist, you would report into someone who would be more junior than you. They also have no KPI so there are no bonuses. But, more importantly, the biggest flaw of this company is the amount of misrepresentation, it lacks professionalism, transparency, and integrity. I’m guessing the only claim to fame for this organization is that their CEO or C suite Member did a TED talk, and the subject which is the whole premise of this.org Is that people are under the assumption that New market drugs are more therapeutically equivalent than what is currently on the market & therefore overspend on the formulary. Except for this is not a novel idea, and PBM already have PNT committees that block new to market drugs until they have fully done comparative research on their own regarding efficacy so very flawed.
