Applied online and was promptly followed by a phone interview a few days later. Interview is standard to make sure that you are interested. Then following week had in person interview where you present in front of 3-4 individuals about yourself and the topics they supply you with. Once you present your information you sit down with the hiring manager go through a series of Q and A. Interview went very well and everyone was very personable and kind but I did have to contact back two weeks later to not receive an offer.
