Applied online and shortly after received an email to set up a phone interview.
I interviewed with a recruiter on the phone and he gave a rundown of the job and asked if I had any questions for him. He also asked what my understanding of the position is and then clarified.
He asked very basic questions such as what is my educational and professional background, why I want the job, etc. Some questions were more personal and free-response like what was your favorite class, etc.
I interview lasted approximately 20 minutes and he then informed me that he would email me of the next steps after the interview.

Straight forward and easy going. They market their environmental specialist program well and are keen on hiring young professionals to advance internally. I have completed a phone screen interview and second virtual interview and am waiting to hear back. So far the entire process has been about 4 weeks.

three rounds - recruiter, team members. The first round with HR was basics to make sure you can do the job, the other interviews got into more detail and were with the actual team I would be on. I got a call from the recruiter soon after final interviews with an offer, had 3 days to decide.
