Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Triumvirate Environmental en févr. 2020

      Entretien

Met with alumni from my college at college fair. Then I spoke with a HR recruiter for an initial phone screen, and she was quite nice — easy, relaxing conversation. After that, there was an in person interview at the Somerville office. The interviewer was completely uninterested with very little people skills. They asked many behavioral questions, many of which seemed to have no relation with the job. Truly a waste of a drive to the office.

      Entretien

Truly a disorganized and chaotic interview process. I would strongly recommend against applying for this position. I was asked to reach out for a pre-screening phone call, and when I called the number I was given multiple times over the course of 4 days (with the head of HR, no less) I didn't get through until the 6th call. I left two polite messages asking for best times to speak, and even called the front desk a few times to be transferred through, to which the person told me to wait a moment, then hung up on me twice. It was only on the 7th time that she responded, and let me know that I would be doing a phone interview in 1 day's time, non-negotiable (and that the salary for the position was $50,000, also non-negotiable, which to be honest is quite low for a corporate management track). I had a pleasant conversation the next day, made it onto the next stage, and came down to Somerville for an interview. The entire time, the interviewer was emotionless (never smiled or said anything friendly), seemed highly distracted, and refused to answer any of the questions I had for him about the position. I received an email a week later with a rejection, and when I asked for any feedback on why they had declined my application, they never responded. I expected better from a company like this, it was an incredibly agonizing process full of rude people who I would never want to work with if this is how they treat everybody.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

What was the worst day you've ever had and how did you get through it? How do you work in teamwork situations? How do you practice managerialism? What's one word you would use to describe yourself? What's something that you are proud of and something that you are not? If you were given 3 projects, none of which you could complete in time, how would you deal with that situation?

Starts with a phone call and goes all the way up to meeting with the president. The whole process was totally fine up until the end. Their recruiter/HR person spontaneously left the company, completely leaving everyone in the dark. No one knew who to ask to about the process or when they would hear back. I still don’t know if I got the job (but I did a great interview) and I just told them I’m taking another offer because the whole process was a huge pain. They make you go through all these rounds of interviews and meet the president and then don’t tell you if you got it? What a waste of time.
