Heard back within a week to do a quick phone screen where recruiter ran my driving record and did a background check. Got called in for an in-person interview where I met with the head recruiter at the Somerville office. Very basic questions, nothing that really required much thinking. Mainly talked about what the job looks like and about the company's culture. Was given the recruiters card and told to follow up if I had any questions. I did but never got a response. I called and left a message asking for an update and later received a generic computer generated rejection email. I followed up again asking for feedback on how I could have done better but again, I received no response. What's even more ironic is the recruiter told me she wanted to start a rebranding campaign to better the companies image, yet I was treated with a level of unprofessionalism that did not better my image of the company. I would not recommend applying here to anyone because you won't even get good interview practice.
