It was a very positive experience. The hiring manager made it feel like a comfortable conversation. The interview panel was an enjoyable discussion and the great culture at Triumph was evident.

Unorganized newer management team with unique hierarchy. Still finding there footing as a unit. Not very clear of what there looking for in the position and everyone has an unrelated answer to what that is. Very long decision making process causing loss of interest in today's market.
