I called Trissential and I spoke to a Recruiter. I provided a short summary of who I am and what I was looking for. A phone interview was set up for later that day. After the phone interview, I was asked to come into the office for a meeting the very next day. At the meeting, I met with 3 people from the Trissential Team. From those meetings, I was asked to join the Trissential Team. They had hiring Companies that were looking for people with my experience. It was determined that I would be submitted for a position. It was a very simple process.
