Arrived 10 minutes early to meet Kelly, the CEO. Interview started nearly 15 minutes late. Kelly took no notes whatsoever during the interview - this was worrying. Very unstructured and didn't really delve into my strengths or ask any behavioural questions. Interview technique was worryingly poor (I've had quite a few over my career).
