I applied online. The job was supposed to be focused on developing their performance assessment tool. Most disrespectful interview experience of my life. I was asked to complete an online test which was supposed to take 60-90 minutes. It was a classic BI case study which required complex data transformations. So obviously, it took much longer which I found unacceptable, as this should have been communicated beforehand. Afterwards I was ghosted. In the meantime the job was closed online after only being open for a week. I’m very sure this was a ghost job they post to train their performance assessment tools.
