Liz, the internal recruiter, called me to talk to me about what I was doing and get a general feel for how I was on the phone since that's what we are doing all day. She told me she wanted me to interview with Vanessa and I did the next day. Usually, they don't want to seem desperate, so they wait a day or two to make an offer, but apparently Vanessa wanted me on her team badly so she offered me a job right then and there.
(Just to be clear, the thumbs up rating is for the interview process, NOT the company itself. I wouldn't sent anyone to that company)

Question 1
There was nothing out of the ordinary. The one thing I would say is that whatever you do, make sure you present yourself as a tenacious go-getter. They gave me a little quiz to rate myself on a scale of 1-10 on certain things one of the questions I put down a five (I cannot for the life of me remember what the question was.) She brought it back in and asked why I had a five on it and I told "It's because I can be too 'in-your-face' sometimes to the point that it can come off as a little abrasive." Her concern was that I would be too meager but when she found out that my attitude was more "tell people what they need to know rather than what they needed to hear" she seemed to be excited about the "5".

Had an interview with the person hiring for the job and it went really well. She had me send over my updated resume and she said the team reached back out asking for an in person interview. An hour later, the hiring person told me that they no longer were interested all of a sudden and decided to go with other candidates. It was quite unexpected. Kinda shows that they seem very unprofessional honestly. I would be cautious.

All it took was one interview to get the job (was offered the same day I interviewed), which was a huge red flag that I ignored because I was in desperate need of a job, so I accepted the offer. There were three people interviewing me and 2 out of three did not ask me any questions. I later find out that the interviewers are often not prepared to interview candidates. Easy overall, but considering the high turnover rate, it is no wonder it was so easy to get an offer because they hire and fire people in bulk.

Question 1
I was asked about my prior experience in recruiting, metrics I was expected to meet, what a typical day as a Recruiter looked like for me, what motivates me, how I structure my day, etc.
