I applied to this position via a recruiter. Within a week I had a phone screen interview. The process was laid out to me very clearly by TA and I felt very satisfied post-interview with how everything was conducted. A very professional process overall. From the get-go it was made clear that this interview will require technical skills and these particular abilities were outlined in email correspondence well in advance of the interview itself.
