I refer to the first interview by a recruiter company. I took the interview via a digital meeting. Questions were easy and I would say this is a first scanning.

The application process started with a third party recruiter, whom was very helpful and provided a lot of support in preparation for the interviews with TA management. There were 2 rounds of interviews, with direct reports, and they provided feedback and were in constant communication all the way. Great process overall.
