Got a Codility test invite from TripAdvisor, which consisted of 4 questions with 48h time to solve them. After the test, there was a screening interview by a recruiter where she said we're moving forward to the next round and asked me about my profile and interests. The recruiter said that I would have the next round shortly and the hiring manager will contact me soon regarding it. After a few days, I received an auto-generated email from HR stating that I have been rejected. Upon following up with the recruiter about this, she claimed that the email was sent by mistake and they're still working on setting up the interview. After a few days again when asking for updates, the recruiter said I have been rejected due to some other reasons. The entire interview process looked like a joke and was a complete waste of time.

Good, although, sometimes struggling in providing you information about when interview will be leaving you wondering. Technical interview was good, I went into in uncertain as I wasn't sure about if I could solve a challenge. Recruiter was very nice and informative as well. Gutted to not progress onto next stages but they layout whole process for you and provide with you with feedback even if you fail the technical interview. I hope to re-apply soon when I become more confident with approaching technical assessments cause these do not correlate with your day to day duties as SE.
