About one day after the employee referral went through I was asked for a phone screen with the recruiter. The interview was for around half an hour and we went through my resume and experience. It was a great experience, I could learned more about the position and a few weeks later I received an email from the recruiter telling me that they decided not to move forward with my candidacy for this position, and appreciated my time.
