I had a call where I spoke with the sales manager, an in person meeting where we discussed the responsibilities or the role, another in person sit down with the president of the company, and then a final interview with both the sales manager and the president. It was a very laid back interview where we could talk candidly about my strengths and weaknesses in relation to the position. Honestly some of the best interviews I've had.
