Process was FAST!!! Applied on a Tuesday and they called next day to schedule interview, interviewed that same Friday and the following Monday they offered the position. BUT... the offer was LOW... so so low, and they only offer 2 weeks vacation, which is ridiculous for a salaried manager position. I countered with 3% over my current salary and asked for 3-weeks vacation. They did not budge on the offer so I declined.
