It was a phone screen for a 3 day immersion program. Friendly and personable interviewer with a ~10 minute fit and ~20 minute case. While the fit was standard, the life sciences case was interesting and full of scientific detail that you needed to parse on the spot. The interviewer had interesting experiences to share at the end of the interview that I found helpful in painting a picture of the work at the firm.
