Phone Interview is first step. The Recruiter failed to show up to my phone interview and I did not hear back until 2 days later. I took it upon myself to reschedule via the self scheduling link when I was not getting a response. During the rescheduled call their computer died so our call got cut off. I received a call back from them on a different number to finish up our call. Next step was an interview with some of the team members. The Recruiter confirmed a specific time/day with me. The day of my interview I got a call from one of the team members who said they were waiting for me to join my interview early than I was planning for. This was at a time that the Recruiter did not discuss with me. If the time had changed they should have told me. I scheduled this with them the day I was getting discharged from the hospital for a minor procedure so I had two others in my patient room who heard what time they scheduled my interview. The team member who called me the day of my interview was not very pleasant at first, almost insisting that I was lying when I was told what time my interview had been confirmed. I of course was not able to reach the recruiter who scheduled my interview. The team member called me back about meeting at a different time that day. This situation of course likely damaged my chances of moving forward. The recruiter hiring for the position always seemed unorganized and lacked time mgmt. skills.
