The interview was short and simple. They place adverts on places like Craigslist to acquire their candidates. Interviews who have past sales experience are asked to come in and are questioned about experience and whether they understand what the company does.

It's difficult to understand exactly how significant the service is unless you have applied it personally. I would suggest the potential employee call asking about the service as though they were interested so that you can get the rundown.
