Firstly, attended the campus interview, just behavior questions in order to make sure if you will like the job. It seems the major doesn't matter to much since they will have tutors to help your training. It's a good opportunity to learn more about the technology consulting of the company, a little bit different from other technical engineering jobs. After two weeks, received the invitation to on-site interview in Washington DC. On that day, there were two sections: morning and afternoon, every section had 4 candidates, all the candidates had lunch together. I was in the afternoon section. During the lunch, two consultants in the company gave presentations about their live as consultants. After that, I had interviews with three managers from other locations and one writing test. The interviews were some behavior questions as well as a little technical questions about my research, not very hard. However, the writing test was difficult since time was very limited. I needed to read a material about some technical problems on a site and then wrote an email to give this information to the "customer" clearly, accurately and effectively.

It was a virtual Teams Interview with the head of the new Omaha office as they're just setting up. She was incredibly pleasant and kind, we had a good conversation. Typical questions, leadership examples, experience, etc. The tough part was that she asked a question and then she asked if I had a question, and it went back and forth. It was good to have a back and forth, but it made the conversation feel disjointed and I felt like I had to switch back and forth from 'roles', so to speak.
