I had an initial interview with someone from HR that gave a horrible first introduction to the organization. They were dry and uninterested and seemed to be reading my resume for the first time during the call. After the phone interview, I was sent an assignment a week later. It was the easiest assignment I have seen for a role at this level. Didn't hear anything from them for weeks, by the time they called for a second interview I had already accepted another position.
