I went through at least 4 interviews. The time investment to prep for each interview was extensive. In the end, I was not moved forward to a final interview. I wasn't given feedback on why I wasn't moved forward so that I could improve in future. I think all companies should honor the time commitment that candidates put into the interview process and provide feedback on why they were not taken forward in the process.
