The interview process was very professional and straight to the point all while evaluating the candidate. It was a very delicate and prestigious interview. I most certainly feel confident enough to go through the process again due to the respectfulness and professionalism of management.

It was a 2 part process. First, I talked with a recruiter and got a tour. After we discussed things, I had to meet with the Executive Director. I was interviewed by him as well. We discussed pay and benefits. Afterwards, I was offered the job.
