Very easy going process. Watched videos and read a employee handbook. We got to meet the whole staff. We also got to tour the facility. Also we get to meet a preceptor who will train you and show you the ropes.

The process of the interview was very nice in my opinion. The staff was very friendly and the woman who interviewed me asked me very meaningful questions in regards if I would be a good candidate

It was a 2 part process. First, I talked with a recruiter and got a tour. After we discussed things, I had to meet with the Executive Director. I was interviewed by him as well. We discussed pay and benefits. Afterwards, I was offered the job.
