The first interview I had was in person, during open Interviews. The second time I came in for a job shadowing and they interviewed me after the shadowing was done. I then went back in for my drug test and TB test. I was hired after that and then went to on-boarding training.

Very positive and up beat professional hiring team. I felt very comfortable with answering all questions and felt at easy with the environment. I job shadowed and love the residents that I worked with. I felt very confident with what the job would entail.
