Go through interviews with staffing coordinator, don, and executive director then once offered a position you will job shadow to see if the job is a good fit for you and also ensure you are a great fit for the company then you start onboard training

It does take a while to get hired on, but you do two interviews and a job shadow then when hired one week of OnBoarding training. Which is then followed up by your five day orientation I didn’t feel any of the questions I was being asked was challenging at all
