I saw the posting online and sent in my resume to the HR Director. She emailed me back to set up a time for an in-person meeting to discuss the position. This turned out to be an interview, where three employees sat in. It was more of a discussion than an interview, which I appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and relaxed.
