Heather, one of the partners, contacted me via email, and we arranged a call. On the call, she provided quite a lot of information about the company and what they have planned for the future. She also told me about the position. At the end of the call, we set up an in person interview. When I walked in the door fir the interview, I was warmly greeted by several staff members and shown to s conference room, where Heather and another partner, Christian, joined me. We talked more in depth about the position and Trifrcta, and also had some casual non-business conversation. They were very open with me and like the earlier phone conversation, I felt completely at ease. It was clear we all “clicked” so I was not surprised to receive a call 2 days letter offering me the job. As I’ve said many times, it was just so easy; Heather and Christian made the interview process a really great experience.
