I sat with the regional manager over the store, and we talked about my plan to turn the store around. It was a fairly laid back interview. I knew that i was qualified for the position, so i was very confident. He seemed to know that i was the guy for the job, and was impressed that I went the extra mile to write up a plan for the store.

Sat down and discussed my past experience, goals if I were to get the position and expectations of the company. I talked about my areas of strength and how I could contribute to the company in a positive way.
