Entretien
I did two interviews that were fairly standard. I truly enjoyed meeting with both interviewers and was looking forward to the position. Sadly I never heard back from them it was radio silence after I left with promises of "we will get back to you by Friday". So my recommendation to management is this: in the future don't keep people waiting for nothing. If you don't want them for the position at least have the basic decency to let them know so they can move on.
