I had a first interview with Maura, it went really well and she said she would be moving me forward in the process, which would include 4-5 more interviews and a panel interview with a project. She even went through some of the details of the upcoming project. However, she never got back to me to actually schedule next steps. I followed up 3x and was completely ghosted after interviewing, despite being told I would be moving forward. They also required us to enter our salary requirements in the application without providing their range, which is completely unfair to the candidate, especially for a role like this that can range from 80-200k+.
