      If we could give this interview review a title, a suitable name would be "The failed attempts at getting an interview, aka yet another unprofessional recruiter" To start with, I applied for a Data Scientist position, and then I got an automated e-mail for scheduling an interview with the recruiter for a Software Engineer position (?). Weird, but I let it pass. Attempt #1: I scheduled an interview anyway and I received a confirmation. The interview never happened as the recruiter didn't show up. I sent an email asking about what happened, the recruiter replied "I sent a reschedule for a conversation; I guess you didn't get it and please receive my sincere apologies. " How great. Most likely he used the Outlook reschedule option without notifying the participants of the meeting... I decided to give it a go and rescheduled for another day. Attempt #2: The recruiter arrived late but at least he sent an email saying he was a few minutes late. And he finally arrived! He tried to apologize for the stood-up and then when I thought we were about to start the interview, he smiles and says "I know this may sound weird but I am in the office today, and we need to leave the premises right now as there was a sick person in the office ... So we have to reschedule this interview again". I was like ok, sounds good (and I understood it 100%!). He told me he would be in touch as soon as he arrived home to reschedule once again the day after. He didn't. I sent an e-mail to the recruiter the day after and, as expected, he never replied. I stopped trying to talk to Tribal at that moment. Why do we, candidates, have to chase unprofessional recruiters, when it's actually the company the one who wants to interview us anyway? If the recruiter does not even bother to give a good impression, it sets off many alarm bells about the culture within the company. As a side note, I came to know that this recruiter changed jobs not long after our interview "waltz".
