J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Triangle Insights Group (San Francisco, CA) en mai 2019

Lengthy process in my opinion. First had a phone call with the engagement manager, lasted about 30 minutes. A couple of behavioral questions, and then went into a few market sizing questions. Then had another phone call with one of the founders about the company, what I was looking for, and my experience in the business world. She seemed very very uninterested and repeated questions which made me feel like she wasn't interested. Thought my interview process was done after that phone call, but was then invited for an in person interview in SF. Met with the entire SF team (total of 5 people at the time), 30 min of behavorial questions, then I received a packet of info for the case study and had 1 hour to prepare. Then presented for 30 minutes to the co-founder and engagement manager. Then completed a writing task to show I could communicate effectively. Took about 2.5 hours.

First round was a behavioral + market sizing case for a PPD drug which was pretty pretty forward.
Second round was a behavioral/getting to know you round.
The last round is very time intensive and more challenging. Would recommend a good amount of practice for this. The case itself (market sizing case) is not very hard, but it is the execution of it in a short period which is challenging.
Was given an 8 page deck with lots of information. Expectation was to read through, conduct the market sizing on excel and create a one slide exec summary - all in 1 hour after which you will present to 2 senior employees for 30 minutes.
Very important to time manage and stay organized in the final round
