I applied on Triage Consulting Groups website and about 2 weeks later i got an email asking for a phone interview that was 30 minutes. I was very excited and the phone screen was very simple and conversational as well as straight forward. It included simple background questions and the interviewer provided a lot of time to ask questions and get information about the position and the company. The next morning i got a generic HR email, a "dear candidate" email, that said i didnt get the second round interview. I was bummed because i wanted the job so much and prepared a lot and thought the interview went great and in such a short period they already decided? There was only about one business hour between the phone interview and 8am the next morning when i received that email. Seems like they already had a candidate in mind and did the interview per HRs request. Disappointing.
