Found out about the company through a referral and a job fair at my university. The associates who DIDN'T conduct the interview were very approachable. However, the 1:1 interview with the Principal is completely biased. Just a warning, this company is not looking for experienced individuals with a whole lot of a skill and energy. Rather they look for wallflowers who have little ambition.
You can take my words for a grain of salt, but I felt this through the single interview where the Principal told me they are taken aback by people who are eager to get good work done, and are instead looking for people that just blend in.
If you are a self-driven go-getter they will not like you. So ask yourself is that a company you would want to work for given a very slow rise not based on meritocracy? Completely biased in my opinion, especially since I was also a health care major who completely understood what they did and had a killer interview with them yet they still decided to not hire.

The interviewers were incredibly friendly and made the process feel comfortable. The questions were typical behavioral questions that were mainly focused on healthcare consulting and how your skills will apply to it.

There was a thorough application process that includes cover letter, resume, and transcript. The application even asks for ACT/SAT scores which I thought was unnecessary. They had a long window where they were accepting applications and I got an email back only after the window had closed.
