J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Triage Consulting Group (San Francisco, CA) en oct. 2012

It was very straightforward, most of the interviews were personality tests to see if they would enjoy working with you. The usual teamwork, leadership, etc questions were asked. It was three interviews throughout the day with a duo (Associate and Senior) that meet and greet you in the morning and then take you to lunch. Interviews are with Managers and Principals. The lunch companions are a great resource to ask questions about the day to day job activities, as well as living in the city and transitioning from college.

There was a thorough application process that includes cover letter, resume, and transcript. The application even asks for ACT/SAT scores which I thought was unnecessary. They had a long window where they were accepting applications and I got an email back only after the window had closed.
