Complete waste of your time. The most respectful thing I can say is don't waste your time here. They will interview you when they already HAVE a final candidate and if there's three or four rounds/interviews, how did they all happen so quickly when you need to sync calendars? Your screening will sound really hopeful, but thankfully, I know that I'm very skilled and it's not me and it's VERY much them. What a waste of time and broken promises.
