The phone interview with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, and then the interview process all went pretty smoothly. Contact/responses were consistent. As a side note, I was not given a heads up on the type of interview being conducted- it was the "half marathon" type I guess you can say. Seven, 30 minute interviews! Whew. Thankfully coffee was provided. I was told by HR that I would hear back within the next two weeks. After the first week, I was contacted by HR saying that the final decision would take longer than usual to be made due to unforeseen circumstances. I finally heard back a month after my interview. I sort of felt like I was being strung along during the last few weeks of waiting.
