The interview process was like nothing I've ever experienced. The recruiter asked very few questions and essentially explained the compensation package (which was amazing) and moved me on to the next round after only speaking with me for about 10-15 mins. The second interview made the whole thing seem like a phantom job posting.

Met with senior person over phone for a screen. I was introduced by a friend. The meeting was terrible. He never asked me any questions. I had to interrupt him telling me how great he was and how the company only success because he is there It was nuts I had to fight fro time to talk about my experience I gave up and evenly cut it short Wonder if his management knows about his interview style. I told my friend who referred me he owed me a dinner for the waste of time and that he should worry about his own position
