      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tredence (Noida) en sept. 2023

      My interview experience with Tredence was a really sour one, I was approached by an HR and after my CV was shortlisted I went through 2 rounds of technical interviews one with an Architect and another with the Director of Data Engineering(who was so satisfied btw that he mentioned that I’ll get the opportunity). Post that a third round was scheduled which was supposed to be Managerial however that was again a technical interview. All the interviews were scheduled for 30 mins but the interviews were extended to 1 hour . I had a 30 mins HR discussion as well and they requested my documents and shared the CTC proposal with me. All of a sudden HR comes back to me and says that I have to give another technical interview to a person who had almost similar experience as me and probably I was supposed to work with her in the team . The interview went fine and next day I was shocked that the HR sent me a rejection mail . I don’t know if it was money or budget issue as the HR told me that they could only offer me equivalent to my current package with a raise in the fixed part . This was a very disappointing experience and I am surely not giving interviews here again The HR was always giving vague responses and talking against his own employees which were the interviewers . All in all a poor experience :|

      Clear Concepts and approach towards solving problems are important. Just be focussed and answer honestly. Practice more and answer to the point, not less noy more. Its easy to clear all rounds.

      Its relatively easy for a non-tech person. You have to be quick on your thinking and give relevant examples from your experience. The work life balance is tough though. But all data science and Gen AI related companies with 1 around 1000 employees have a tough professional life

      Interview Process: The interview process consisted of 4 rounds: Round 1 – Resume Screening Round Discussion focused on past experience, projects, resume details, and basic technical concepts. Round 2 – Case Study Round A case-study-based discussion to evaluate problem-solving, analytical thinking, and approach to structuring solutions. Round 3 – Director Round Focused on overall profile evaluation, experience, communication skills, and company/team fitment. Round 4 – HR Round HR discussion covering compensation, expectations, notice period, and general process-related topics.
