The process contains 4 rounds. 1. Puzzles and Aptitude I need to solve some 10 questions in time period of 1 hour. It contains standard puzzles like 5 pirates etc. You may also get a guesstimate to solve in that round. 2. Technical round This will be based on your previous technical experience. They asked me mainly on sql though I have little experience in that. Some questions are on R syntax and functions. 3. Case study round I was asked to solve a case study on an ice cream vendor who wanted to increase their sales by setting up ice cream bikes at specific locations. (Assuming I have all the data in the world :P) 4. HR and Director round This will be a interactive round with Director and/or senior managers to see your overall fit to the organisation. Result: Selected and joined.
