Phone interview with recruiter. Was scheduled for a 7 part assessment about 4 days later. Was told only people who passed the exam would be invited back for interview the same day. Passed exam consisting of reading, writing, math, excel spreadsheets, personality assessment, etc. Interviewed with a Unit manager that same day. Interview was straight forward. A lot of "tell me about a time when...or describe how you handle pressure..." Interview lasted about 45 minutes. Despite not receiving an offer, the process and Travelers employees were very professional and pleasant.

First step pass an online assessment. After passing the online assessment I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went well. The next day I was contacted to set up an in person interview. The interview consisted of 3 stages. First stage interview with 2 current supervisors. Next spend some time with someone who is in the same type of position you are applying for. Next interview with Regional manager and HR director. I left the interview feeling pretty confident about my chances of landing the position. I was told it could take 3-4 weeks for a decision to be made. It has been almost 2 months and no phone call. I was able to get a response from one of the people I interviewed with stating there were a lot of candidates and they had not made a decision. I'm a successful working adult looking for a better company to work for just tell me yes or no don't beat around the bush.

General phone interview, in person brief interview, written test of basic literacy, communication, math skills, structured interview. All employees are very friendly. A bit of advice would be to know about history of company, some of their innovative policies, and what type of product they offer. If you put in the effort, it's not a bad interview process at all.
