Received a phone call from a recruiter who asked me a few questions. Was then contacted by a rep who scheduled the testing. You are required to pass ALL of the tests before moving on with the interview process. If you are successful during your first interview, expect to have subsequent interviews that day.

Had a phone call interview. Was asked 5-6 questions, Smth about my specific experience mentioned in the resume, tell me about a time you worked in a team, why insurance? and some case specific.

The initial phone interview went great. The interviewer told me to expect a call to schedule the next step with the Claims Team.
They never interviewed me so they closed the door before even meeting although I was more than qualified and deserved the interview.

The main question was tell me about why you left your last position
Phone screening, followed by a computer assessment related to mapping out travel routes and writing a professional email. First round interview over the phone followed up by a second interview in person. Took about 2 weeks to hear back after the last interview.
