Entretien
Two rounds of interviews. There is no distinct difference between the two interviews. Both indcude behavior questions, critical thinking questions and machine learning questions. Each interview last 30 seconds. There is one month between the first interview and the second interview. I got the final result after one week, which is a rejection.

What is the difference between random forest and decision trees? What is the difference between bagging and random forest? Describe a teamwork project. What is the difference between statistical models and machine learning models, how to choose the right one.

1st round screening:
Basic get-to-know-you behavior questions. Asked to explain one of the projects on your resume. Technical questions were techniques to combat multicollinearity or dimension reduction. Overall the HR interviewee was super sweet and you could tell that your success was in their best interest.

Entretien
a 30 min hr call, then an 1 hr technical interview with two DS managers. The HR call has many bq and asks me to describe a project. Technical one has many statistics, machine learning questions. Not very hard but still need to prepare.
Phone interview 40 mins, check for the availability , and ask some details in resume , ask background, good for sponsorship, 30 positions, good pay, nice human manager, good interview
