Entretien
The interview process started with a phone screen with two current associates. Then two interviews: one with two advocates of the program, one with the program director. For the interview with the program director you have to create a PowerPoint on a project you've worked on or something you are interested in. The last round is with a leader in the company typically a VP. This is an extremely competitive program. Most people are hired from within.
