With many leadership changes within the organization, I applied for a Senior Architect position with The Hartford. After an Initial phone screen , I was scheduled for 2 onsite interviews of 1 hour each. The interview was scripted and consisted of general questions, I believe require specific answers. The first question was explain data and types , and the interviewed began crossing off a long check list of possible answers. More such mundane questions followed.
The second interview was with a veteran employee who seemed to be bent on methodology and protocol , which gave me the feeling of the old boys club. I was later scheduled for an interview with the department head. The overall experience was ok , but very lethargic and bent on their ways.
