J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Travelers (Windsor Locks, CT) en avr. 2010

      Entretien

I applied for CSR/Claims position online. Within a few days I received a questionaire via email. After filling that out I received a phone call to set up a phone interview. I made arrangements for the phone interview. It was about 25 minutes long. Basic questions and going over job duties. After that I set up a date and time to go for 3 1/2 hrs of assessment testing. This consisted of Typing test, as well as math, and a n insurance multiple choice test . 3 days later heard back and set up for a one on one interview to be set up the next week. ( into the 4th week now) I go to the interview and ask for the person I was directed to meet with. Instead I got a young man who said I would be interviewing with him and another young woman. I wait for about 10 minutes in a conference room. Finally when they arrived the interview started. The young woman seemed angra and did not want to be there. They asked me long dragged out questions from a form. The young man told me they are long and have many parts. These questions were ridiclous. By the time they finished reading the questions I could hardly remember what the first part was. They didn't seell me the company and acted disinterested. Well, after all the testing and phone interview and questionaire you would think they would have an idea if they were going to hire you. Needless to say i didn't get the job and I am better off. I work now on the same street for a better company and nicer people.
