J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Travelers (New York, NY)
Entretien
The interview process was entirely virtual due to COVID. I had six separate interviews over the course of three days. Each interaction felt more conversational than it was formal interviewing. The interview with HR felt like they were standard 'interview' questions being asked but I didn't really feel that they were relevant to the role or that the interviewer was really listening/engaging in the conversation. The hiring managers or other colleague interviews were so helpful in understanding the role and Travelers culture. Overall a great experience.

The process was very welcoming. They asked a lot of personal questions as to why I want work there as well as experience that I have. There’s a screening interview and then there are about three interviews after that with different members of the team.

The interview was with 2 managers and their manager. They were very personable and easy to talk to. I felt like the interview was like having a casual conversation. I honestly didn’t think I got the job because the interview ended on time and I wasn’t sure if something I said ruined my chance but they offered me the job the next day.

Casual and loaded with typical generic interview questions one would expect when dealing with a national insurance carrier. Questions around past experiences and "How would you handle....xyz" questions. Nothing out of left field.
